MLM Publishes Gender Pay Gap Report

Gender Pay Gap Report - News - MLM

To encourage equality and transparency in the workplace, the UK Government requires organisations with 250 or more employees to publish their gender pay gap and gender bonus gap data each year.

At MLM we support this initiative. We pride ourselves on being great people to work with, which is shown through our commitment to building working relationships not only with clients, but also within MLM.

The gender pay gap shows the difference in average earnings between male and female employees. This is different to equal pay which compares the pay received by men and women for performing the same or similar roles. All our employees, regardless of gender, are paid equally for equivalent roles.

We have published our 2017 figures on the Government’s gender pay gap service website as well as our own website. Although we are not required to include MLM Building Control as it has less than 250 employees, we have included these figures in our report for completeness and transparency.
