Real-Time Walkthrough of a Plantroom

This plantroom presentation video was created in-house using 3ds Max and Mental Ray as a renderer. The 3D model was exported from Revit and imported to 3ds Max, where materials and lights were applied. The real-time walkthrough was created in Unreal Engine to add interactivity and VR and is using controls like a video game.

This video demonstrates how real-time rendering and the use of an engine such as Unreal can not only aid the design process, but also give our clients an immersive experience when wearing a VR headset, such as the Oculus Rift shown, by seeing the project in a 3D space.
