The works involved the extension and connection of two neighbouring buildings to create a 100,000 sq ft of Category A office space and a brand new roof terrace. As part of the works, the neoclassical corner building was restored and included a recladding of the external façade along with significant internal alterations to the shell and core.

MLM were involved from an early stage liaising with the design team, particularly the architects and fire engineers to find a satisfactory layout which they aspired to. As parts of the building are of a listed status, a sympathetic approach had to be adopted in relation to Part L and upgrading the thermal elements.
