The client requirement for this project is to provide complete educational facilities for the new 3600 home Beaulieu Park Development from Nursery age through to Sixth Form.

This scheme comprises four new buildings constructed on a greenfield site provided by the developer under section 106 agreement as two level terraced platforms. This gave one platform for the construction of the school buildings and a school/community Sports Centre, the other at lower level for outdoor sports facilities including all-weather pitches.

Buildings are all of steel framed construction with reinforced concrete floor slabs and piled foundations. This provides a high degree of flexibility both in current and future planning of the accommodation spaces.
