MLM also provided geo-environmental advice in the form of geotechnical and contamination investigations.

The structure comprises a combination of lattice steel frame and masonry structures on traditional strip foundations on a sloping site with green roof construction. The buildings use state of the art Passiv Haus construction techniques to minimise energy consumption with biomass boilers and photovoltaic panel providing heat and power to the facility.
